All types of business activity is increasingly funneled through the internet. This includes mission critical systems, purchasing, marketing, communication, customer service, collaborative engineering, conferencing, transactions, site inspections, logistics management, recruiting, RFP’s, payments, etc. General estimates suggest that $3- $4 trillion will be processed via the internet by 2006.

It is inevitable that business networks will emerge that will consolidate all activity required by companies. While best of class services will always excel separately, these networks will drive business and market share to those companies positioned with priority within the network.

The company estimates that the market potential for Business-to-business Intranet-like Network Site Licenses will reach $50 Billion by the year 2006. This will consist of:

  1. Direct license fees paid by small, medium, and large corporations to permit access and participation in multi-application and portfolio-service provider (MAPSP) systems where corporate membership will be a requirement of mission critical business interfaces both at the desktop as well as through portable devices,
  2. Internet access fees,
  3. Individual memberships,
  4. Purchase of individual portfolio services on an ala carte basis from service providers,
  5. Alliance relationships,
  6. Transaction commissions and referral fees,
  7. Marketing, communication, direct marketing, and advertising fees, and
  8. Consulting fees.

The evolution of these networks will come as a result of complex technologies and the need for companies to simplify and standardize access, communication, applications, and usage across their employees, executives, customers, and vendors. Similar standardization was seen during the 1980’s and 1990’s as companies standardized around software applications for PC’s. This forced consolidation in the software industry as individual, sometimes innovative, applications lost early gains in market share as “Suites” of applications were tied together to become dominant value propositions for all size corporations and professional firms.

After eight years of development and operations on the internet, the company believes that its established Business Network and Marketplace, BizWiz, is a credible, early stage entry in this business model. With proper financial and human resources, this could lead to the single most popular and dominant business service on the internet within a 2 to 3 year period.

Because they will centralize all business activity, be easier to use and train, will permit business activity that can not be achieved in any other way, and will reduce cost of internet benefits, these business-to-business intranet-like Networks are likely to grow at a rate between 2003 and 2008 paralleling the rapid ramp-up of AOL from 1995 - 2002 (from 300,000 to 30,000,000 customers).

BizWiz is attractive for multi-user, corporate site licenses because all disciplines within a company can derive benefit from participation. Multi-user participation within a single corporation maximizes the benefits of participation by the company because it helps to streamline the internal and external interaction needed for a successful business transaction or relationship. Executives, Directors, Engineers, Consultants, Department Heads, Investors, Vendors, and Ancillary Services can all be on the very same platform.

The BizWiz system permits all size corporations, across all functional areas, to derive special benefits from the new facility offered by the Internet. To the extent that technology and agreements permit, every person in a participating company can interact, participate, and market within all aspects of the Development and Design Chain, across all disciplines, industries, and professional segments.
